Scheduling your slides :
- We image slides at 10AM EST
- Slides received after 10AM EST will be processed the next day.
- Standard Service starts on the day we process and runs 4-5 business days.
- We ship according to your instructions at that time.

To assure the best results, please use the following guidelines:
From PowerPoint: send your files set up as follows
- Make sure that your PowerPoint file is set up to do 35mm Slides: Under File, change Page Setup from On-Screen Show to 35mm Slides. This changes the proportions of the slide and could therefore change the layout of your text and images. Please correct any layout changes as we will not be held responsible for them.
- If placing pictures into PowerPoint, please keep the image resolution between 100 pixels/inch and 400 pixels/inch .
- Embed your fonts when saving your PowerPoint files. When you do not embed your fonts, our computer may select a different font for your slides!
- Check your spelling on your files before sending them. We are NOT responsible for misspelled words!

From Digital Camera & Graphic Files, JPEG, PSD etc: send your files set up as follows
- Image size: no larger than 4" x 6" - A larger image does not create a better or more detailed slide!
- Image resolution should be no higher than 600 pixels/inch.
- Check your spelling on your files before sending them. We are NOT responsible for misspelled words!
- Please make adjustments to your images before sending them. These changes include, but are not limited to:
- Cropping
- Color Adjustments
- Adding borders, text, etc

IMPORTANT IMAGING INFORMATION! When shooting Artwork or sending Digital files to be made into slides, please follow these proportions:
- When your digital images are made into slides, the slide mount will cover the edges of the images.
- If you want to prevent the edges of your images from being cut off by the mount, please center the image and leave a border (½" on the monitor) around your complete image. This is what goes under the mount.
- We can not modify your images.
